Is Hashflare Cloud Mining Safe and good option to invest?

This is my first post so i will begin with brief introduction about me before moving to the topic of post. I am a IT professional currently having my regular job and very much interested in Bitcoin. My interest for Bitcoin made to look for an alternative and safe way to earn them.
